Thai Massage II: Sen Theory (40 hrs)

The traditional "medical" practice of Thai massage revolves around 10 energy meridians that envelop the body, called "Sen," from which all other energy lines emerge. Onset of pain, disorders and disease are attributed to stagnation or blockage of energy flow throughout the Sen, which are cleared and stimulated using massage, acupressure and assisted yoga stretches.

This course introduces these principles to put what you've already learned into new context, along with new side-lying positions, sitting positions, body-walking techiques, and more advanced poses not covered in Thai Massage I: Basics.

Prerequisite: Thai Massage I: Basics (or equivalent)
